LaseBVC - Bulk Volume Coveyor

The LaseBVC consists of a 2D laser scanner that is mounted across the conveyor belt for precise volume measurement and forms a vertical scanning plane. A bulk material profile is generated from the scan data of the laser scanner. Through the delta comparison of an initially performed empty scan of the empty conveyor belt, the volume on the conveyor belt is calculated via the volume profile of the material on the filled conveyor belt.
