Wetkret: These mobile robotic spraying systems are well designed for working in tunnels thanks to different options of spraying arms, concrete output and their compact chassis. They guarantee an even distribution of the shotcrete to achieve the required quality and layer thickness.
Mixkret: Reliable low-profile truck mixers for use in tunnels. These robust mixers with a concrete capacity of 3 to 6m3 and an integrated stepless drive, offer great climbing and moving power at a maximium speed of 20km/h.
Geokret: Geokret increases safety, avoids unnecessary costs due to material waste and ensures the best possible injection moulding quality. A high-precision 3D laser scanner transmits data to the tablet via Wi-Fi, without cables for greater flexibility.
Wetkret 4
Ideal for mining galleries, thanks to its its heavy-duty chassis, Putzmeister's concrete pump and synchronized additive system
Wetkret 4 is ideal for underground mining thanks to its robust and compact chassis, reduced turning radiuses and crab-mode that allow a major range of movements.
The Putzmeister Wetkret 4 pump guarantees a homogeneous shotcrete application, to be able to ensure the required quality and layer thickness, as well as reducing rebound. Its concrete flow of 20 m3/h allows for increased productivity.
The spraying arm is adapted to your galleries requirements with a maximum vertical reach of 8.5 m.
Wetkret 4 also comes equipped with automatic synchronization of the additive dosage with the concrete flow, hydrostatic transmission without gear to change, an integrated air compressor as option and optimal weight distribution.

Wetkret 5
Safe and precise concrete spraying in medium and large tunnel sections
The robust Wetkret 5 concrete spraying equipment has all the features required for the highest quality shotcreting for demanding underground projects with medium to large cross-sections. Always putting safety first, Wetkret 5 has been designed for agile, long-lasting and autonomous work.
The Putzmeister concrete pump guarantees low pulsation, the additive synchronization with the concrete flow is very precise, the remote control spraying arm can be moved easily to adapt to the cross-sections and control with intuitive software allows adjustments to be made to the mix and the troubleshooting of errors and alarms. In addition, with the built-in cleaning and compressor system, including the optional Hydroscaling system, no external components are required for applying the concrete.
Mixkret 6
Compact, Strong and Ideal to Complete the Concrete Spraying Process in Mining Applications
The Putzmeister Mixkret 6 with a concrete capacity of 6 m³ is the mixer of the Mixkret family with the largest capacity. The machine is equipped with a powerful 168 kW diesel engine and Integrated Continuously Variable Drive (ICVD) to fully use the motor power at all times, without interruptions of the tractive force, provides great climbing and movement power a max. speed of 20 km/h (25 km/h as option with EU-Stage IIIA engine).

Complete solution for smart shotcrete application with the latest 3D laser technology, in a digital, intuitive and very flexible way.
Geokret 2.0 is the complete solution for scanning shotcrete in underground environments, helping you perform your shotcrete applications much more intelligently, perform high-precision 3D scans in 60 sg up to 360º of the gallery, without interruption of the work cycle running, via Wi-Fi and the intuitive and friendly Putzmeister Geokret App, designed thinking in the operator daily work.
Geokret 2.0 also includes the licence of the powerful software Cyclone3DR, to analyze your data (volumes, thickness, areas) and generate exhaustive reports about your measurements.

SPM 500 Wetkret
Proven Efficiency and Reliability in a large Number of Tunneling Projects all over the World
With a vertical spraying reach of 17 m and an output of 30 m³/h, the SPM 500 WETKRET is ideal for medium and large tunnels, caverns and slopes. The automatic system for high precision synchronization between the concrete pump and the additive dosing unit maintains the additive dosage proportional to the output, assuring spraying accuracy and quality. All functions are available via remote control. The sturdy chassis with 4-wheel-drive and crab-mode provides maneuverability in difficult driving situations.
The standard version of the SPM 500 WETKRET series is operated electrically and includes an electric air compressor built into the chassis. The equipment is also optionally available with a diesel drive system, allowing operation in places without electrical power supply.
